We have a non return policy, which means you can not request a return after receiving your item.Â
Due to the nature of the products we are not liable for packaging or bottle discrepancies / damages.Â
Our supplier sources the best quality products and makes sure we have the best products available. Our supplier has a non return policy.
Damages
We are not liable for any damage to your product during shipping. Once the courier has taken your parcel into possession we have no control over handling or time frames of deliveries. We do our best to safely pack your fragrances and making sure the package is marked as 'Fragile' to eliminate as much damage as possible.Â
 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
